mnemonics known as “Mind Palace”. Sherlock Homes used “Mind Palace” to solve
crimes and it become popular among the viewers. The method of loci(Mind Palace)
is a method of memory enhancement which uses visualizations with the use of
spatial memory. To use “Mind Palace” visualize a complex place in which you
could physically store a set of memories. Fill every room in the place with
information you want to remember. Use symbols, creative ideas and mnemonics to
store the information. When you need to recollect the memory, you can walk
through the building in your mind,
seeing and remembering each item. This method improves memory capacity.
