Weight loss comedies...

 I have a few interesting incidents during my weight loss journey. When I started portion control in food, a news became viral about a female dying because of a starvation diet. So my family members were scared. lol. So I found some innovative ideas for protein intake. Prepared evening snacks using daals. So my family members thought I am not serious about weight loss.

Paruppu vadai has less protein compared to medu vada.



Even I included cake in my diet, 😇 Fried rice and chicken - these 2 increases weight and I avoided it.

If you are above 35 or 40, during weight loss, body ache will be there as muscles loosen up and then tighten. Right magnesium supplement is needed to overcome it. 

But I felt energetic and active. I reduced 10kgs so far. And recently I went for shopping. I was checking dresses and a sales woman came and said, this will be bigger size for you. lol. My brain still did not acknowledge that I have reduced weight. Still I have to reduce 6 to 8 kgs.

I became an inspiration for my family members and neighbors to lose weight.

The first thing I do in morning is checking my weight. And last thing I do before sleeping is also checking weight. I am maintaining data of the weight loss process.

I dont believe in walking 10,000 steps daily. Some females avoid doing household duties and try to complete 10,000 steps. Instead I walked for some time, then did the cooking.

The Shadow...

 If you got a promotion or a good salary, what would you do? Sharing that information with family and friends.

In my case, I blog it. That's all.

The moment the news hit my brain, my shadow(it is created when you suppress any emotion) emerged from the dark. It just rewinded and showed how I did not use the money I earned for myself and gave it to others in the past.



I respect my shadow. This time, the compassion is towards myself. 

Every introverted intuitive faces their shadow. Some are conscious about it. Others don't.  Unless we accept and give the shadow its place, a person can not succeed in their life. I have seen how shadow destroys a person to the core if they do not allow/accept it.

I fill my cup first, before pouring to others' cup from it.  Amen.

How to beat your enemy?

 Violence in any form is wrong. We follow the law. So we will see the ways to beat the enemy by following the rules. lol.



There are a few things which has so much power.

Your health

Your happiness

Your success

Your money

Your calm manner



I always use this tactic - looking very relaxed and calm. Even the narcissists are scared of this tactic. 

When they try to create chaos, treat it as if it were a silly game that doesn't have any importance.

We all need motivation. Use your enemy as your motivation.

I don't consider anybody my enemy easily. But when I finalize it, I use the above tactic.

For example, if your enemy is fat, you keep your body fit and slim. It will make them boil with rage. lol. Sometimes it will look like a big goal, but I guess daily improvement will give long-term result.

I started my weight loss journey like that. Along with it, skin care, hair care, a happy smile, etc, has been added.

Hmm still a long way to go...

Teacher's Day...

 This year, who taught me valuable lessons? Neighbor's envy. lol. Though I was confused at the start, later I came to know about narcissistic traits. and met a person who fits it perfectly. First time I learned about this personality disorder, and my brain tried to rewind and check who all are narcissists in my life.. Looks like most of them belong to that category. 



Narcissists and Empaths act as a magnet to each other. The universe makes them to meet so that they can improve, do their shadow work, and transform.

An empath evolves when they are not afraid of a narcissist and stay grounded when they meet them.

Owner's pride, neighbor's envy...

 Every goal has many stages. In my weight loss journey, I have entered into next stage. I did not make it a tough process.  When a goal is manageable, it is easy to work for it. Very much motivated by the neighbor's envy. lol...



1st stage is with less effort. The 2nd stage needs more effort. Anyhow, everything is trial and error. As per my expectations, weight loss is happening. So happy about it.

When we do a tough thing to make it happen, our confidence level increases automatically. It changes the mindset and personality.
