Every narcissist has a story...

 As a narcissist slayer, I try to get the story of the narcissist. No need for me to try, they themselves come and tell me. lol...

I love bombed narcissist and got her job cadre, oh, sad. lol.

I reflected back the character of a narcissist to the mother narcissist. And she said, even it is a peon job, it is a government job. I showed a pathetic look in my eyes. See, I don't need lengthy dialogues to slay a narcissist. When I reflect on them back it looks like an attitude. When you do it to others, it is nothing, right narcissist? Only you have a heart, and others don't? Oh, your heart is very sensitive.

The same person who spread rumours of my career now thinks I am showing attitude to them, as I know they are a peon. I won't show my full strength. It is yet to come. They still don't know about my career. lol. I don't have to say anything about her designation to others, but now she will think I have said it to everybody. That is my dear narcissist, my punishment to you. I just know your secret. I won't say it to others, but you will fear I will say it to others. You yourself will say it to others at the right time when the universe reflects back to you.

I See U - Part 2

 When 2 introverts know they are the same personality type, they talk won't be about the weather. It will be about the most important things. 

I was asking Universe to give me one data as I have never met my personality type consciously. And Universe gifted me what I asked.

I met HOD after nearly 20 years and I was surprised. He aged is reverse. He is very healthy, very focused and his brain is sharp. Otherwise, he won't be coaching students who are writing the highest competitive exams. When all his peers are sitting at home watching TV, he is at the peak of his career.

And one of the important things he said was about health. He said, "you should be healthy like when you joined your first job. I have done it, so it is possible for you" I was stunned, reverse ageing is not that easy. He meant it and its true.

Introverts once they reach their mid age, they will gain extroverts qualities and they can live in the most busy cities too and shine in competitive career.

For 2 months I was thinking and I did not find any way to do it as I was thinking it is not easy or possible. Few days before I thought, if one person can do it, then I also can do it. Universe will show the way automatically once the decision is made.

Usually he gives me so much respect and this time, the respect was in tons. And I understood, it is for the highest potential in me. I may not know my potential yet.

I always see the potential of others, which they don't understand. lol.. I understood how it will be as I faced a similar situation.

Very few can reach their highest potential and I should accept that fact.

A child like curiosity, wise like a thousand years old, content, happy, unattached, empathetic thats what I saw in him.

Motivating and inspiring. And hope.

The Protector...

 They say introverts can understand others' emotions. But unless they have worked with their shadow, they can not understand others fully. 

Shadow is the disowned features of a person. But they can act as your protector. Instead of using the shadow part during your tough time, integrate it with your character. Then it will give more clarity.

There won't be any confusion in finding a narcissist fast. 

An introvert who has integrated their shadow, enjoys their alone time, doesn't need anybody to validate them and becomes strong.

At that point, the universe will start helping/guiding them more closely.

Carl Jung has explained the importance of shadow work. I came to know about Carl Jung from one of the psychology professors, who has passed away recently.

A person who once was brilliant, faded slowly but I saw the essence before it faded away fully.

And I am happy that I expressed my gratitude to him. We never know when we will take our last breath, so always do the good things at once. 

What about the bad people who did bad?

Time will take care of them. 

The Cortisol Quest...

 The second half of personal and professional life depends on how a person manages their cortisol level.  Because cortisol will increase if you continue the same life style.

The same exercise routine spikes it, the same food habits spike it... lol

It is a chaos.. But every chaos has opportunity for good.

This year my quest is to reduce the weight further, to be healthy and manage cortisol level when it spikes on its own. 

And of course to dress up like a Queen/narcissist slayer. 

Mother's puppet...

 Nobody wants to be others puppet. But when they are groomed from childhood, they never know it. Some came to know/realise in their middle age, some won't in their life time. The ones who realised it, pretend they did not know it, as it will break their heart, break their comfort zone. And those who don't/can't pretend, try to change their life if it is possible.

Everybody can't transform, and this post is for the ones who can't transform.

What is life if I didn't write about my dear neighbour. lol

She pretends she is doing social work(as per her norms), confident, takes her own decisions(!!!)

If you all the above why your narcissist's percentage is above 80% Can I give 90%? 😇

Most of the time her mother accompanies her when she come to meet me. First I thought it is for chit chat. Later I felt it is a controlling behavior and also somewhat like a protection. What is there to protect?

A narcissist view themselves as a broken/defected person. Thats why they pretend as if they are confident and gaslight others. They view their children as a defected product. This makes them to groom their children as an empath(to serve them) or as narcissist.

When they groom their children as a narcissist, they check everything, monitor whether their child is gaslighting others properly, plan with them how to control others.

It is when she came to meet me last time, I realized it. I saw the sadness in her eyes and how she was talking to her mother about her job as if it is the only important thing in life.

For one minute I saw a small kid, hiding behind her mother, with a toy in hand. A kid pretending that whole world is in that toy.

When the mid life hormones change in the body, the narcissist get a chance to meet their shadow which is kindness. 

Change in the body and mind is painful, that the narcissist feel, I can not pretend any more. They think I can not pretend I am confident, I can not pretend as if the whole world is revolving around me. The only chance they get in their life is that time. And that time is again groomed by the narcissist mother. 

I felt sad for her. It does not mean I will become a friend to her. 

I understand nothing is permanent in life, the change in narcissist behavior can be a small percentage. From 80% to 75%. This is the maximum change they can do as change needs accepting one's own fault and move forward.

I dont live in fairy land to think narcissist became an empath and lived happily. lol.

Just I understood how a narcissist is groomed.

A person who don't stop pretending, till they can... (Oh such a positive way to think. lol)

My boundary will remain strong, and it is will be a strong boundary for the narcissist.

A small toy picture for my neightbour. Thats what I can do.

Vibration...

 People think introverts see patterns and understand. Sometimes I feel the energy shift. That day, when I woke up, I felt a bad vibration near me. In my thoughts, I saw the neighbour. Indeed, it was a visit. 

Narcissists are afraid of nothing but truth. And I know that very well. I know one thing in my life. Energy is precious and limited.

It is not important to play nice, to please others. I did not respond to the message. It took me some willpower as I was doing it for the first time.

I won't abandon myself for another, and I will stand for me. And I did that.

When the time came and we talked, neighbour said, I got neck pain. And I looked at the mother narcissist and said, Tension is the reason for the neck pain, avoid getting tensed, and you won't get pain. lol. She understood. At once, she told her daughter, lets go, the climate is chill.

Some mothers groom their daughters as narcissists. In such cases, a direct truth bomb on the mother will stop the attack. 

I never underestimate my enemies, I am always ready.

Truth can stop a narcissist. This is not taught in any books.

I see U - Part 1

 Continuation of this post . I was watching the opposite house construction for nearly a year. And when it was nearly completed, I was bit disappointed. So what about the house owners? The house was beautiful, but need time to maintain its beauty. lol, Kitchen looked neat, but it was constructed by a person who don't cook. So many practical difficulties. And rent is very high. I lost interest. 

Life's lessons reach us in unexpected times. It is not like, I will get prepared for the lesson. Do I handle it properly? Yes, I do. I am always ready.

Narcissists always share one common trait: grandiosity. Observing house owner lady made me to realize she is a narcissist, and I identified her flying monkeys. It should have emptied their bank balance. Initial plan was to build another floor. At that time house owner's husband came and stopped the next floor's construction in the initial stage itself. Guess what? He is a super empath. Damage control at the last minute, but the damage is already done.

That time I understood the nature's plan. It always places super empath and super narcissist together. To help them to bring their shadow outside and to balance them. Human beings don't understand it.

For the 1st time in my life I met my personality type consciously. And it helped me to understand myself. English HOD is after all my personality type. lol.

Super empath are always treated unfairly at home by their family members. When the couple came to my house, I gave the HOD grandiose welcome. Narcissists are stunned. lol. All narcissists share another common trait, they are very very sensitive. My 1st welcome was to the HOD, and then to his wife. It made her confused. Why, I am the best, why you are giving him this much respect - mind voice... lol I clearly showed, I respect them both, but HOD holds 1st place in respect. After all, I can give that advantage to my personality type.
