On this Father's day I am recollecting the things my dad has taught me. Hard work, sincerity, treating all human beings as equal and leadership quality. I still remember the incident about how I learnt to get work from others. "To make others to work properly, you should know to do that work perfectly". To make servants to work properly, I learnt to do their work perfectly. He always push me to take decisions on my own. Thank you dad, for being my friend always :)

He taught u greater lesson!
This is true - we should learn the work ourselves first, and only then delegate it. It will also enable us to detect inefficiencies and misdoings by employees, if any.
