Creating fear...

I have seen some people willing to create fear in other people's mind. For me its a crime, which is not having any punishment as per law. How to call these people? Psychopath or Sociopath?

The only way to deal with people who do this is to ignore them DA, if you don't give them the satisfaction of getting upset I'm sure they will give up, if not report them.

Build a shield of positivity around you and as Grace said, ignore them.

If you see, even mothers insert fear in a child when the kids refuse to eat… though it was unintended but should be avoided.

I go with Perth’s comment.

There are various kinds of fear. In addition to what PerthDaily Photo wrote, which I totally agree with, some fears can be manageable by individual mindset, but when it comes to terrorism, of course, we are worried, but having fear produces more fear and hate. Love, caring, and unity of people to fight against and change the trend while keeping usual life proudly could discourage terrorists.

The best way to deal with these people is not to get afraid, or even better, smile when they try to create fear :)
