I found one thing once I started to read books about narcissist. Most of the books are written by the victims and who still stay as victims. What you can learn from it?!
These are from my personal experience. Narcissists weaknesses are they wont see the big picture, always try to boost their image and talk too much, which makes them create enemies and they are very bad in managing finance. They try to dominate and in that process, eliminate good team members and few less talented will stick to them which makes them to fail in team work. They will lag in learning new things as they dont allow others to express what they know.
Easy way to win a narcissist is to encourage them in what they do. They spend time, energy and money in that process. Whether they succeed or not is not our business. We can be free from their attention and thats the win. Lol...
And seeing a narcissist trying to win another is fun...
