Be Yourself...

I have seen people changing their mind set, views as they become old. And they lose their loved ones in the changing process. Whatever happens, be yourself.

Hi there, Not totally sure I understand what you mean --but since I'm OLD, I know that I've become much wiser, more understanding, and more 'mellow' in my thinking and actions... I think that is a good thing.. I am still ME---but an older me is much healthier in every respect than a younger me was when I was so busy and stressed out!!!!!

Have a great day.
Hugs,
Betsy

I don't think we are truly ourselves as we are constantly evolving into what we finally have become on the day we take that last breath.
Time does weird shit to how you think as you get older.
Family, society and the rest of the world mold who you are or who you will become.

I think if you can stay true to a core set of beliefs that you believe in you will always be who you are with a little dash of hypocrisy of course, thrown in to add a little elasticity to soften the blow when times for it are needed to compromise.
